A groundbreaking was held on Tuesday, March 19th for the new Public Works Facility, which will be located at 46705 County Road 15 in Windom. County officials and representatives from Widseth (Architectural and Engineering Services) and Contegrity (Construction Managers) were on hand to celebrate the occasion.
