What We DoThe County Recorder is the custodian of all Cottonwood County records pertaining to real estate, birth, death, marriage, military discharges, Uniform Commercial Code and State and Federal tax liens. We are an agency for the Minnesota Department of Public Safety issuing driver's licenses and ID cards.
We offer many services that touch everyone's life at some time. Our first priority will always be the citizens we are here to serve. You will always be assured of prompt and friendly service.
