Probation
Agent Jenny Quade provides all juvenile, adult misdemeanor, and adult gross misdemeanor investigations for the Cottonwood County District Court. This includes coordinating programming and supervision for all juveniles, adult misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor offenders who reside in Cottonwood County.
Our Mission: Reduce recidivism by promoting offender change through proven strategies during safe and secure incarceration and effective community supervision.
Please Note: Adult Felony Supervision
Adult felony supervision and enhanced felony supervision are provided by Agent Carey Klingenberg (507-822-2835) and Layne Wiborg (507-476-7534) and adult sex offender supervision is provided by Agent Shanell Schneider (507-822-1461), they are all located in the Windom Felony Office at 940 4th Avenue, Suite A. The felony office's administrative assistant, Mary Mohlencamp, can be reached at 507-407-3002.
