The Court Administrator’s office is located on the second floor of the Cottonwood County Courthouse, 900 3rd Avenue, Windom, MN. If attending a court hearing, check in at the Court Administrator’s office. Questions and payments regarding traffic tickets should be directed to the MN Court Payment Center at 800-657-3611 (if calling from outside the metro area) or 651-281-3219 if calling from area code 612, 651, 763 or 952.
