You may renew your driver's license at the Recorder's office at the Courthouse in Windom between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Knowledge tests are given at the BARC (Business Arts & Recreation Center) every Monday at 10:00 a.m. You do not need an appointment for written testing.
Road tests are also given on Mondays at the BARC (Business Arts & Recreation Center).You may make an appointment by calling (507) 376-6551 on Tuesdays.
CDL Holders: Federal Regulations require all states to review a proof of citizenship or lawful permanent residency document. Visit the DVS website at https://dps.mn.gov or call 507-831-1458 for examples of acceptable documentation. You also must complete a CDL Self-Certification form and provide a valid medical examiner's certificate if applicable. Additional information is available on the DVS website.
